An update from the front


Comrades,

This week, my main priority in the trenches is to keep everyone happy in the intractable 'T-shirts vs Vest tops' saga. Once again I am drawn to Tom and Jerry and feel I may soon need to turn to the words of Wilfred Owen.

Still the main mission and orders this week are a Prague major offensive, but it is beginning to become more manageable (famous last words), so do check out the updated masterplan, to do list and resource list I have made.

I can formally announce an end to hostilities in our conflict with Russia and an entente cordiale has broken out, resulting in only a few small casualties to our late night programme.

Tomorrow I am at Glasgow YMCA with Chris, as their new CEO is keen to explore a partnership with us, based around global youth work, which will include exploring some joint funding, possible based along the lines of the KandW YMCA dfid project - so thats exciting - i shall keep you posted. The 10 hours on the train that day will provide ample time to do a lot of writing of resources I need to do for Prague.

Then on Friday its back across the now famous toll bridge with my £5.10 in change, for a days de-brief with the Welsh group, which i am proper looking forward to, init.....
