International Alert-ing

Hi everyone,

Thanks a million to everyone for all your hard work, energy and enthusiasm last week at the UK Solidarity day. It was an excellent few days and I'll not forget the site of them all marching and chanting past Parliament for a while!

This week is another busy one as the EC bid needs to be finalised and the budget for it finalised by Tuesday. I've also got a child protection meeting today, lunch with the Amos trust and a youth participation policy meeting on Tuesday. Tuesday late afternoon I'm off to West London YMCA to meet the seed funding worker and talk about music!

On Wednesday I'm flying to Geneva for an evaluation meeting with Clarrisa and Bart and beginning planning for future campaign work.

I'm in on Friday but have blocked the whole day out to finish the Kingston and Wimbledon YMCA resource pack (believe it or not!)

Also, for your diaries, Its my 21st Birthday again in a few weeks, so I am having the week of the 1st June off to go visit my twin and do birthday type things

Have a cool week everyone
