Hunting treasure

Hi everyone,

Just a quick blog from the train home. I hope everyone enjoyed hunting treasure around yorkshire and that your are all feeling excited about the years work.

I am in tomorrow for a days meeting evaluating Togo and doing planning for the continuing support of that prgramme with Harriet and Celine.

Next week after Easter I am having a few 'get over Geneva' days off so will only be in on Friday. I've meetings that day and have to write final yearly fianncial reports to Dfid for our two projects.

The next week I am in the office, spending a day doing the evaluation of Geneva, and filling the rest of the week working on RWR write ups, end of year finance fun, meeting with Mo to plan Wales, meeting with Stu on M and E, meeting James from the DEA, working on the K and W toolkit, and helping Mike prepare for the seed funding selection panel on Saturday, which I will co-chair, amongst other things....

In addition to the good news from Wales, an EC concept note i wrote in partnership with International Alert has been accepted. This is great news as its a very exciting project, but means i have to lock myself for two days in their offices to complete the monster EC 45 page application form that is a complete head spinner! So that on the 27 and 28th April.
