Hi everyone,
Well its been a very busy week so far, I don't seem to have stopped doing evaluations! I did the Togo evaluations of YJIA and the evaluation of the training we did and had a good meeting with Harriet about learning from our visit and the next steps in supporting Togo. I also locked myself away for what seemed like a week with Céline to write the evaluation of Geneva. This is all done now and I'll get it emailed around. Tomorrow I am meeting with Stuart and Anna to talk about, you've guessed it, evaluation and then meeting with Stuart to talk about Prisons. I also had a long meeting with fundraising this week to talk about our priorities over the year.
On Friday I am working on the K and W resource pack, writing up RWRs and planning with Mike for the seed funding selection panel and then that evening taking them all out for a big seedfunding-tastic meal. Saturday sees me doing the seed funding selection (which I am really excited about) and then on Sunday, its no rest for the wicked, as I'm donning my Indy hat again to do lectures for Momodou to his MA youth work course at De Montford Uni. This should be cool, he said its the most exciting group he has had on his MA course so far, so lets wait and see!
Monday and Tuesday I am being locked up in a room yet again as I meet with International Alert to write our full EC proposal at a secret central London location and then on Wednesday I am going to have a day off!!
Thursday I am then out the office again at a full day Dfid Consultation on the future of the DAF and on Friday I have a SMT meeting in the morning, followed by the days re-writing of the organisations campaign planning.
So a quiet few weeks coming up then.....;-)
