March Madness

(Edited this post on 3/3)

The madness of March is officially upon us!

Had a wicked time in Paris as this photo hopefully shows...

The Selection Panel for the Seed Funding Programme 09 is now sorted - Craig Gough, Amanda McWilliams, Dan Kilford and Alexis Lloyd will join the C&GYW Subcommittee in London on 25 April to decide who will receive this year's cash money.

This week I am in Newport and Cardiff from Tuesday night until Thursday evening, then Friday night is being spent with folks from Hornsey and Barnet YMCAs in North London.

Edits to my March calendar continue... The GYW course I booked onto at DeMontfort has unfortunately been cancelled but this means I am able to go to Geneva for the YJIA campaign action... on 10-11 March.

The DFID yoof consultation is now taking place from the evening of Thursday the 19th until Friday at 5:30. Guess they had feedback that said that an afternoon wasn't sufficient.

Finally, YMCA Belfast are in town from 24-26 March doing a mini version of the Changing Your World course and I'll be helping with their lobbying and campaigning sessions on the 24th and 26th - perhaps Celine or Matt would like to come along too for some of the sessions at the German?

Best wishes to you Stuart - hope you feel better soon.
M
