Hello to all,

Well the mornings are dark and the evenings setting in fast. The Autum is here with the low sun and chill of the wind on your cheeks when you first step outside for the day. And in just over two weeks we'll be resetting our clocks to gain an hour.

Its that beautiful time of year when the beauty of the summer greens and blue skies, the warm breaze and high sun turns to show its beauty of reds, yellows and browns of the trees, the low sun and blue sky and that ckeeky nip to the cheeks from the cold north air.

My movements for next week - so far:

20th - office

21st - office

22nd - office - meeting with Paul who is based at North Tynesdie YMCA

I am hoping to be visiting Liz at Consett YMCA next week just waiting for her to get back.
