checking in

Like all of us, this week and next is dominated by Prague with today’s Team meeting and for the rest of the week I am pulling together multi-lingual welcome messages (which I’ll be asking a little help with); global stage backdrop; the global game show; collating LCD vids and presentations and the late night films/discussion cards; fun bus, etc etc etc

On top of all that together with Hannah and Darren there’s meetings and skype calls with India around integrating gyw into a programme work there. Also, the 6 month evaluation of the impact of Ch21iA; contacting Michelle at Newport re the seedfunding project and work on the Halton YMCA Magalore delegation.

Next week there’s the youth participation exhibition on the 8^th (which will be laddersational and hoodietastic) followed by the Board meeting focussed on Sierra Leone. I’m in Londres overnight on the 8^th as there is a DEA Advisory Council meeting the next day and I am trying to shoehorn a visit to Woking in to support Hannah there with her seedfunding project.

I am then on A/L the w/c 14^th - for those of you who will be in Paris you know where I'll be and what I'll be doing - back on the 21^st when I will receive a visit from Ch21iAer Yori from Japan (possibly also Ch21iAer Lore from Colombia), how ace is that?
