Oh Superman

So, as you can imagine, I've had some time to sit and think. Sometimes I sits, and sometime I thinks. And sometime I sits and thinks.

I have been fixating recently on Laurie Anderson's opus from the 80s 'O Superman'.

On 'O Superman' Anderson contorts a line from the Tao Te Ching to read 'Cause when love is gone, there's always justice / And when justice is gone, there's always force.'

I'm not just thinking about the YJIA campaign, but it certainly fits, more the wider concept of justice, really what's at the heart of what we're up to in gyw. So perhaps there's a warning there for us...
